It is better to get other hotel with this kind of price and more comfortable. Low budget hotel that overcharged us wf no bidet in the room, crampy bathroom. Well, i really regret in chosing this hotel in Spore. They make me sign a paper to avoid me claim anything in the future. I have no choice since i have already paid for the hotel before i reach Spore. Then the guy said that i have to pay a fee of SGD75 for them to amend my name in the booking app to let me in. Since when they need our passport name and booking name match? I have my booking number stated in the email, to prove that i am the one that paid. He said that the hotel can refuse me frm entering the hotel room that i booked n paid! It is very disgusting since we are excited in spending our holiday here instead this happened. Unfortunately my passport name dosen't match with my '' name that appear in the apps. When i went to the hotel n show them my email, the reception ask for my passport.
